What we collect

Account information you give us: email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, Supabase), and optionally a Discord handle for support. Billing information is collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) are collected by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not access the contents of your leased machine except with your permission for support, or where strictly required to protect the network. We do not run analytics that track you across other websites.

Where your data lives

Account data is stored with Supabase (U.S. region). Payments run through Stripe. The website is hosted on Vercel. Each provider processes only what it needs to deliver its part of the service.

Emails

We send transactional email (account, billing, machine status) and, if you join the drop list or waitlist, availability announcements. Every marketing-type email includes an unsubscribe option.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing vantixservers@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends your lease per the Terms of Service and removes your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Changes
